Navigate through [Admin] > [Imports] and click on Bin-locations.
TIP! Download the latest import template version by clicking on the sample template.
- Record ID: Record-id, only needed if you want to update an existing record.
- Location ID: This is the id of the /admin/locations/< id >.
- Name: Free < text > field, but requires to be unique.
- Purpose: A predefined, self-explanatory purpose value e.g. problem, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, defective or returns.
- Zone: Numeric field.
- Walkway: Numeric field.
- Aisle: Numeric field.
- Rack: Numeric field.
- Shelf: Numeric field.
- Section: Numeric field.
- Bin: Numeric field.
INFO! Zone, Aisle, Rack, Shelf, Section and Bin are available spaces and spaced out in a hierarchical order where Zone takes up the largest space and Bin the smallest.
Once all fields are filled correctly, click on [Choose File], select the appropriate file and click [Import]. Now the Import result page will be displayed. The Result column will display the successfully imported rows and the number of unsuccessful imported rows.
The successfully imported bin locations will be available from the Bin Location.
