Default shipping method
A default shipping method could be configured by Order Type, Location, Business model and Channel, however it is not required.
A distinction can also be made for orders within and outside the EU by using the Export flag.
The Value represent the Shipping method and will reflect in the order details and Commercial Invoice.
INFO! If the setting Shipping method required is enabled, it will ignore this setting to force the user selecting the shipping method manually, during order create.
