Problems
Problems tickets are generated automatically to indicate that an order has been put on hold.
These tickets will be created in a scenario where for instance:
- a third party (e.g. Shopify) creates an order with an invalid phone number
- the state is manually updated to Hold via the context menu
- while picking a Problem code, e.g. 'No stock during picking' is used
TIP! If the problem code No stock during picking is used, all related orders for that product that need to be picked are put on hold.
